Secretary of the Eastern Region discusses overcoming obstacles of the real estate development with the real estate Committee.

              The Secretary of the Eastern Region, Eng. Fahad bin Muhammed Al Jubair, while heading the meeting of the real estate Committee in Asharqia Chamber on Wednesday 24 May 2017 at the headquarters of the Agency for Reconstruction and Projects discussed the obstacles of real estate development.
In the meeting, that was held in the presence of the chairman of the committee, Dr. Bassam bin Muhammed Boudi and the members, assistant secretary of the reconstruction and projects Eng. Mazen bin Adel Bakhrji and the director of urban planning Eng. Thaer Al Dilijan presented a visual presentation that included a review of the total strategic plan for the city of Dammam, Until 1450 AH, and the mechanism for approving the special plans and the initiative of the mechanism of implementation of buildings along with the development of schemes.
The meeting reviewed a number of important topics including: preparing the total strategic plans for the city of Dammam, in addition to its development plans in the Eastern Region according to the national transformation program 2020 and the vision of the Kingdom 2030, and working on the coordinating efforts to achieve this.
At the end of the meeting, the attendees also discussed the off duty land due to Saudi Aramco reservations, and the possibility of using them through a mechanism discussed by the attendees.
